Experience

For more than 20 years, William F. Rhodes has represented a diverse group of clients in litigation matters. At the appellate and trial court levels; in State and Federal courts in Florida and in other jurisdictions. He has been admitted to practice in specific cases (pro hac vice) pending in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia and the Southern District of Iowa.

He has represented clients in private arbitration proceedings and in cases pending before the American Arbitration Association in areas such as New York, Baltimore, and Miami.

Mr. Rhodes has represented telecommunications and technology companies, real estate developers, condominium and homeowners associations, and multiple companies in the health care field in litigation. These proceedings involve business and contract disputes, landlord/tenant law, employment matters, real estate litigation, and other matters.

Finally, Mr. Rhodes has developed a significant appellate practice over the years. He does his own appeals. He has represented his clients in appeals after trial court proceedings in order to preserve a good result in their favor; or to correct an error that may have occurred in lower court proceedings.
